In summer there are seating+ lying options in the garden. In winter, the trail is outside the door Private sauna in summer with outdoor shower (for rent included. Towels,bathrobe and infusion from 10am-6pm) Feel free to rent bicycles in summer with advance notice. We would be happy to give you sleds for children.

Guesthouse on the Schleusehof... enjoy nature!

Our guest house is located in the middle of our mini farm, which my husband and I operate in a hobby-like manner. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river where you can also cool off your feet on hot days. The house can accommodate 4 persons (2 adults/ 2 children). On request, we also have a cot for the very little ones. The yard offers space to romp and relax. Warm holiday idyll in the Thuringian Forest

My family and I live on the sunny outskirts of Waldau,directly in the beautiful Ansbachtal at the foot of the Thuringian Forest. A separate entrance leads to your area of the house. The bright and newly renovated rooms invite you to relax. The forest is almost at your doorstep. The mountain lake Ratscher is only a few minutes away by bike. The Goethe city of Ilmenau,the state capital Erfurt or the Vestadt Coburg in adjacent Bavaria are easily accessible by highway.

Comfortable apartment on the edge of the forest in the Thuringian Forest

My very well equipped apartment is ideal for 2 persons, if necessary another bed is quickly directed on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On OUR SMART TV I provide YOU NETFLIX, for rainy days and catchy evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, directly by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. There are sufficient facilities for business travellers. 1 travel cot and 1 high chair are available for a small guest.
