Relaxation at Zwenkauer See - near Leipzig

Especially BIKER, SAILOR and DIVER welcome! The semi-detached house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Smoking is only possible in the garden, here you can also barbecue. There is a double bed 2x1.80 m with natural latex mattresses and visco toppers for a dream sleep (according to Guest opinion), as well as a couch (foldable to 1.40x1.95 m), as well as crib with mattress 1.20x0.60 m. Dogs are welcome to be brought along - but please accept that they are NOT allowed to be in bed and on the couch!

The holiday house has 160 sqm living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 persons. It is located in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland on Lake Hainer, 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat 3 Schlafplätze in der großen Wohnküche und ein voll ausgestattetes Duschbad. Der See ist ca 30m vom haus. Die FeWo liegt im EG und könnte gemeinsam mit FeWo im 1.OG gemietet werden. Der offene, helle Wohn-, Küchen- und Schlafbereich mit unverbautem Blick auf den Hainer See kann zum Mittelpunkt eurer gemeinsamen Urlaubszeit werden. Der Hainer See ist Teil des Leipziger Neuseenlandes und liegt direkt neben der Gemeinde Kahnsdorf in entspannter Umgebung mit viel Natur.

This cozy tiny house is located just off a lake. You will spend your vacation on the idyllic property of a historic water mill in the middle of nature. There is a Perma culture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes here. If you want to go to the big city from nature, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. It has an oven and even a bathtub Right in front of the house is a fire pit just for you.
