A large fully self contained studio in the heart of Seatoun. Minutes from Wellington Airport. Quiet, cosy accomodation with all amenities. Great sea views. Small kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, laundry facilities with its own private deck looking out to sea. Tea/coffee and light breakfast of cereal and toast provided. Sky TV, Stand alone freezer. Off street parking. Easy flat access. Pets welcome but please check in with us first to make sure the place is suitable. A small Pet Fee is charged.

Self contained guest suite - I live upstairs. Sleeps 2 adults plus there’s a pull out single. 10 mins from the airport and Weta. Stunning views out across Miramar. Deck and outside seating. 5 minute walk to the famous Wellington sign, and central Miramar where you’ll find cool and funky restaurants and cafes, a petrol garage and the supermarket. Harbour side walks and tremendous views a short walk away, Massey memorial walk ten min drive. Easy access to the splendid walks on Eastern peninsular.

Tranquil guest suite, sea view & local ammenities

We are located in Karaka Bays on the Eastern suburbs of Wellington. We are a 7 minute drive from Wellington Airport, 20 minutes from Wellington central and 10 minutes from local beaches by foot. We have an abundance of restaurants and eateries near by, and most notable attractions such as the Roxy Cinema and Weta Cave etc. There is a private entrance to our studio, but this does entail a path and a few steps. On your arrival we can meet and introduce you to your accommodation. See you soon!

This studio is private, clean & warm with a comfortable queen bed, en-suite & TV/lounge area NO KITCHEN. a small microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster, cereal, tea & coffee provided Street parking or Off street parking on request Small or medium friendly, house trained dogs welcome, extra $25 per booking. Seaside relaxed fun

Listen to the sound of the sea and enjoy fun and eclectic Interiors. Your own separate entrance is totally private although attached to my house. The living area has a cool loft bed as extra accomodation. Its a great view up there! Your private ensuite has a ships door shower - a fun way to start the day. The king size bed is super comfy. You can easily walk to a waterfront cafe for breakfast and we are a few minutes drive to a number of restaurants and a short drive into the city.

Pet friendly, quiet, and close to airport

Hello! We have a guesthouse that is a 5 minute drive from airport in a serene and quiet back section. The space is equipped with a kitchenette, and adjoining bathroom. You will have your own private access, and are welcome to enjoy the garden. Tea, coffee, cereal all provided. We have a dog who lives on the property named Ralph, he is a golden retriever x poodle, please bear this in mind when booking your stay. Walking distance to the larder and cafe polo, two delicious cafes in Miramar.

Set on the gorgeous south coast of Wellington, you will be a stone's throw from rugged beaches and amazing walks. Just a 7-minute drive to Wgtn Airport and 10 minutes to the CBD. Charming character cottage with privacy and views

Literally 2 minutes to the airport this private and cute little cottage is a tiny home nestled in native bush with views over Miramar, the sea and airport. Great for plane spotting. There is a small deck where you can relax and unwind. Wake up in the morning to bird song and tuis overhead. There is a private garden to enjoy and walking and cycle ways close by. (Please note Miramar is a very hilly suburb).
