Welcome to La Residencia, two large bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows made in Italy are waiting for you! The orange room is equipped with a private bathroom, the yellow room is "children welcome": on request is organized with a tent for Indians, a table, chairs and armchairs for children! In the common area a wonderful swing is ready to cradle you. Two sofa beds are placed , one in the third bedroom and one in the living room, if necessary, ready for family and large groups!

It combines the architectural style of the old colonial houses with modern comforts and a beautiful decoration. In Mindelo's city center, near restaurants and 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. It has kitchen, dining, living room, social bathroom, small terrace, 3 spacious bedrooms (one with WC), office and a terrace.
