Welcome to our vintage Gyumri guesthouse. We restored and modernized our ancestral house built by our grandma. It's a perfect base to explore Armenia's second largest city, its culture and architecture, while staying at a peaceful home your own large garden. Downtown is 5 min away (Bolt or cab rides cost only 1$). It's conveniently located between Yerevan and Tbilisi making it the perfect stop for travelers exploring South Caucasus or working remotely here. We can't wait to meet you!

Our private cabin "Michaela" is a green, peaceful space nestled on the campus of Emili Aregak, a center for children with special needs. Michaela is wifi-equipped, peaceful and perfect for remote working or a weekend getaway. All rental proceeds go to support Emili Aregak therapy programs! Michaela is surrounded by fruit trees, has a small patio with a barbeque grill and a walking path with a mountain view. You can access the kitchen and laundry in the building next door.

The neighborhood is amazing, right in the heart of old Gyumri. The apartment is freshly renovated, has everything tourists would need. Its bedroom area is subtly isolated from the main area through shelves that add coziness to the place. The bed is queen size, with a super comfortable new mattress, the sofa bed can comfortably accommodate one adult or two kids.
