Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski or snowshoe on our Elk Run Trail. 4wd preferred travel in winter. Parking is approximately 200 feet below the cabin. Wood burning stove for heat. Blackstone grill & French Press provided. Solar powers the lights and phone charger. Water is supplied. Compost potty attached.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage does not share any space with others. It is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains and town. Only 3 miles to Old Town and 1 mile to the foothills. The location is quiet and peaceful with a country feel yet close to the many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage.

Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Also, great snowmobiling opportunities in the winter. Enjoy food and drinks a mile away in Riverside and Encampment.

My cottage has two queen size beds, single hide a bed sofa in living room, Smart TV, Wifi, and BBQ. Large fenced in yard, outdoor sitting area surrounded by large mature trees. World class fly fishing in a blue ribbon trout river, boat launch and Hobo Hot Springs are right outside the door. Hot springs are free and open 24/7. Saratoga Lake is only 2 miles away. It is a perfect haven for outdoor fun and retreat. Located only four blocks from downtown. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This beautiful, cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from I-80. It has a large fenced backyard, great for letting 4-legged companions stretch their legs. It is visited often by the local wildlife. The living room has a 65" Smart TV and pull out sofa. Each bedroom has a queen bed and 42" Smart TV. It has an oversize bath and shower with heated floor. We are an 80-acre, historic mountain base-camp located in the remote Medicine Bow Mountains at 8700 ft elev. We are 5 miles from the Colorado/Wyoming border. Our property is backed up to BLM and National Forest. Outdoor mountain activity is the main attraction. The pioneer era cabins overlook an incredible view of Kings Canyon and the Zirkel Mountain Wilderness. We have three cabins available. We are semi-rustic with electricity, an outhouse and very nice camp kitchens in each cabin.
