The Loft has one bedroom upstairs along with a great workspace with excellent WIFI, full size bathroom and closet and a small kitchenette including microwave, fridge, air fryer and Keurig. Room darkening curtains, AC, TV w/Roku, full bath/shower unit, pullout sofa and queen size bed all in a very large and open floor plan! The first floor is set up as a gym/workout room. Hosting the Airbnb community has been more rewarding than I could ever imagined! I've had the chance to meet guests from VA, PA, MD, DC, and WV. Everyone has been so encouraging! This rental opportunity has helped me afford many repairs and updates that needed done. A year ago was the water tank, flooring, appliances. This summer I added AC units in each room. I am grateful for this! Come enjoy your home away from home.
