Let's learn to dance salsa and bachata together! Whether you are a couple, a group of friends, family, or even a solo traveler, you will have a lot of fun, while enjoying one of the best views of Maspalomas. At the end of the adventure, you will be able to follow the rhythm and dance your first steps in Cuban salsa and bachata. We are a group of local dancers that want to share the traditions of this kind of dance and music. The meeting point will be in a public and open area in front of the sea, in a suggestive place that will inspire you. Remember: humans are made to move their bodies with music: everyone can dance; the only thing that stops you is shame. That's why the experience will be lived in a funny and comfortable way. Technically, you will discover some tips that will allow you to dance like real salseros. You will learn the basic and advanced steps of salsa and bachata and you will learn how to coordinate it if you want to dance in couple or not. If your partner is someone who you live with then you can practice couple dance with him/her. Other things to note: In the case of rain, the experience can not be done. I can postpone the time or the day. Is better in couples. No dance experience needed.

We will start the class with a short opening meditation, followed by a variety of poses which are held up to 5 minutes. We get to practice stillness, patience, and non-reactivity. We become better listening to our bodies, we become wiser as we get to know ourselves. The class closes with a long guided relaxation. All equipment like mats, blocks, pillows and blankets are provided.

After the break, we will continue towards the Ayagaures dam: the famous ayagaures dam is located at the highest point of the mountain and therefore offers a splendid panoramic view. On the way back we will visit a small camel farm outside the enclosure with information about this iconic canarian animal.

You'll have a fantastic 3-hour adventure on a comfortable e-bike. We will take you to visit a small village on the hill : Ayagaures. To get there we will cross a wonderful valley adorned with palm trees, plants , cacti and flowers typical of the Canarian on an incredible itinerary surrounded by nature. Once you reach the top of the Aygaures mountain, you will have the opportunity to stop for a 10-minute break where you will taste a soft drink made of tropical fruit in a Bar built inside an ancient Aboriginal cave where the Guanchi lived, the first inhabitants of the island before the Spanish conquest. If you want, you can taste the typical products of the Canary Islands (Tapas) with a surcharge of €15 per person for a minimum of 2 people (tapas are not available in the months of July and August). Thanks to the help of the electric bike, we will continue to the Ayagaures dam, a large reservoir of water and we will stop at the old bridge where you will enjoy a stunning view. Afterwards you will take a short walking tour to explore the botanical garden of Maspalomas full of endemic plants: bananas, aloe vera plants, medicinal plants, etc. You can experience birdwatching at the Maspalomas Oasis: this oasis is unique in the world as it has its ecosystem and is able to host more than 40 different types of migratory birds. You can learn a little about local history by visiting the archaeological site of Punta Mujeres: it is a small complex of primitive circular houses built with stone by the island's indigenous people in the pre-Hispanic era. Afterwards you will visit the old Maspalomas Lighthouse located in the southernmost point of the island and declared a historical monument. You'll visit the most exclusive area of the south, Meloneras Beach and its Lungomare, and enjoy the best sunset on the island's ocean. You will be offered 1 non-alcoholic drink in a panoramic bar with an excellent view of the sea.

I will meet you at our yoga studio in Maspalomas. After a brief discussion of your health history, goals and personal background we will head to the outdoor terrace and jump right into the action. We will spend 90 minutes practising yoga supported by a fabric called "hammock". The hammock allows us to work against gravity, get deeper into the stretches and practice inversions that are unique to Aerial Yoga. Being upside-down in the hammock helps lengthening the ligaments, relaxing the muscles and decompressing the spine. We will close the class with a guided meditation and relaxation. Surrounded by the hammock, you will be able to escape the outside world for a while and let go even more. After the class we will have some extra to answer any questions you might have.
