Exiting the room on the left-hand side is the private bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and two washbasins. The room has garden/mountain views, blinds, curtains, built-in wardrobe, desk/chair, radiators, bedside table with lamp and sockets/TV connection. The accommodation is accessed through the large wooden door at the entrance.

Bedroom is located on the first floor of the 19th century house, it has a newly renovated American-style kitchen and the garden where you can breathe peace and quiet with the sound of birds and a stone fountain. The house is located in the heart of Colonia de Prensa, a quiet and residential area of Carabanchel. At the end of General Ricardos Street there is "iconoclastic architecture" full of Art Deco and Modernist references.

Up to 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms and lock on door. Our house where we live too is a spectacular and very large villa with a huge garden. It is perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to get away from the city yet visit Madrid easily and return to peace and nature. The biggest attractions are the private pool, the bbq and private parking. The area is affluent in a very quiet and leafy neighbourhood. It's important to come with a car.

The kitchen is designed with a central island and integrated into the dining room, with a large table. From there you access the garden and the swimming pool. On the central floor are the bedrooms. The main room is very spacious, with shower for two people, bathtub and fireplace.

From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.
