Located only a few walking minutes from the Old Town, Quinta Esperança, a traditional house with 4 self catering open plans, offers you a very quiet, calm and peaceful holidays. ORCHID, is a new apartment (open plan) placed up on the top floor of the building. It is beautifully decorated, very private and enjoys a magnificent view from its balcony over the harbor and the whole city of Funchal. It is totally equipped, and the high quality of finishings, offers to our guests a fantastic stay... The open plan is well divided in sitting and dinning area, kitchinet , bathroom and balcony. The king sized bed, 160x200, and the great quality of mattress, pillows, linen, bath and pool towels, offers a high quality in this apartment. In the living area, you have a flat screen TV with 140 channels and a router for a fantastic and fast wireless signal. The kitchinet is equipped with all the instruments you may need to prepare your meals. Staying in Quinta Esperança, will offer you the chance to use the huge pool any time day or night, which is fantastic... the beautiful gardens all around the mainor house, are also for the use of our guests; the breathtaking terrace`s view, is also something unique which will offer some unforgettable moments. The location is great, bus on the gate, but if you have your own car, plenty of parking place, for free, any time... Nearby, we are happy to say we have the best bakery in Madeira, "Mariazinha", which you can´t miss, opened every day from 7am to 11pm... also a small but very fresh supermarket is there to provide you everything you may need... last tip: the apartment "Orchid" is accessed only by some spiral exterior stairs, so you must be sure you are well fitted to get up there. In the Apartamentos do Mar building, you can enjoy a swimming pool and bar. It's a great choice for couples, solo or business travelers.

Résidencia Jesus - Loft Apartment

This lovely apartment is in the heart of Santana with unlimited Wifi, with just a walking distance from the Traditional houses of Santana and the 'Parque Tématico da Madeira'. Santana also hosts Madeira's highest peak 'Pico Ruivo' where you can walk up and witness the magnificent views yourself. There are also opportunities to do Levada walks. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Please note that you require the second room an extra charge of 25 euros per night is needed.

Com o sol a nascer da montanha e a pôr-se sobre o mar, com vistas privilegiadas para os montes e vales até ao mar. Na aldeia pode caminhar por Levadas ou pelos 2 trilhos até ao mar (Jardim do Mar ou Paul do Mar. De carro, em 10’, tem a praia da Calheta, Jardim do Mar ou Paul do Mar. A 30’ o Paul da Serra, o Fanal onde pode deslumbrar se com a paisagem a flora, e os percursos pedestres.
