Independent apartment of 35 m², very functional with garden views, on the ground floor of a villa located in the middle of a wooded land, inhabited upstairs by its owner. Parking in the courtyard secured through an electric gate. Very quiet area. Supermarket 2 minutes walk. 5 mins drive to Scarabée. You will have a large terrace with a table and chairs allowing you to have meals outside and access to the lawn located in front of the house.
