Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

Unwind in this unique and cozy home. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house located right by the ocean, on secluded part of our garden. Lung, harmonious, and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three persons. It is nice to add a boat at our dock if you want to bring a boat. Well behaved dogs welcome, but wish they sleep in their own bed.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, 2 beds including pillows and duvets on sleeping loft and possibility of 2 extra airbeds on floors. Bed linen and towels are available for extra additions. Of course there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center.

Vi hyr ut en del av vårt hus som gästshus. Huset ligger i ett trevligt och lugnt villaområde med ca 5 min promenad till Västervik Resort som är Sveriges största camping med fina stränder och natur. Huset ligger ca 3 km från centrum. Husdjur är ej tillåten as well rökning inomhus är förbjudet.
