Cabin at Nerskogen with great views !

At the foot of Trollheimen at 800moh you will find a modern cabin of about 100sqm. Underfloor heating in 3 rooms and wood stove for extra warmth. Sauna attached to the bathroom. Cable TV and very good mobile network. Superstructured terrace and stall with outdoor furniture, fireplace pan and barbecue. The tenant leaves the cabin in the same condition as on arrival. Cleaning is clarified with the landlord. Excellent hiking opportunities from the cabin, fishing waters. Open road to the cabin all year round but must go through snow about 15 m from the parking to the cabin door. Ski slopes right by the cabin.

Great hiking terrain in summer and winter. Short distance to mountains and fishing waters. Popular hiking destinations from the cabin are Fossfjellet, Kneppfjellet, Gråfjellet and Omnsfjellet. Inlaid electricity and inlaid well water . 1 floor: living room, kitchen,bathroom and 2 bedrooms. 2 floor: loft living room and 2 bedrooms. Approx. 70 min from Trondheim ( Bus stop close to exit to cabin ). Summertime 200 meters walk after planks/path from parking, winter about 1.1 km on skis/snowshoes. TV subscription with Premier League and Champions League blah.

Stabbur from the 19th century which in 2019 was completely renovated and upgraded to a modern apartment with everything of amenities, while the old charm is safeguarded. It is located in the countryside, in a small forest cave on the farm Holtan, in Orkland municipality, about 4 kilometres from Svorkmo. The staff cage is equipped with high-speed internet and TV via fiber. The kitchen contains everything a modern kitchen can be expected to have. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, wall-mounted toilet and washing machine.

Idyllic small farm with unique location and views !

Unique location ! Solemslykkja is a small farm from 1885 on Monsetjåren with panoramic views towards Trollheimen and Orkla. The house is newly renovated in old style. The salmon river Orkla is only 5km away and there are fishing opportunities in many fresh water. Nearest shop and gas station is on Vormstad, 5km away. It is 15 km to the town of Orkanger where there are several shopping centers, large swimming facility (Orklandbadet) and large climbing hall. Sights like Bårdshaug Manor and Thamspaviljongen are worth a visit.

Big charming log cabin with room for many. High standard. Dock with attached rowboat. It is located entirely for themselves, close to Litjvatnet. Nice hiking possibilities right outside the door in the door. In winter you will find prepared ski slopes 100 m from the cabin. Covered porch with panoramic views over fishing waters. Rindal, the gateway to Trollheimen is very nice to offer. The cottage is rented to families and adults. 9-10 beds.Here you will be able to relax and enjoy the silence. 1h 15 min to Trondheim.

Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)
