Comfortable apartament with large terrace directly on the beach and only around 10km from Tropea. One of three apartments of a family house with large garden, car park and private access to the beach. Around only nature, some small houses and the blue and warm sea of the bay. Special place to live a direct experience with the sea, to be lulled by the waves breaking just a few steps away. The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.
