My place is located on the sandy creek arm of Lake Travis, across from Jones Brothers Park. You’ll love my place because of access to the lake, the views, the location. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Quietness of the lake, yet minutes from restaurants in Cedar Park. And a short drive to downtown Austin. I also have these listing on the same property, if you need more/less space. NOTE: The lake is VERY low right now (hoping for rain soon).

Pls. note that Lake Travis at The Island, as any other lake in TX is in an All time low level due to widespread lack of rain. Low ramps are not available at this time. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home (2,296 sq/ft) with breathtaking panoramic views of Austin, Lake Austin, and Mansfield Dam. I have a 1GB internet connection so it's great for working remotely. It is a very relaxing home with an absolutely amazing view!! The outdoor areas of the house are what really make it special. The house is 50 minutes to COTA and 30 minutes to Zilker Park (ACL) and downtown Austin. 7 minutes to Lakeway. 10 minutes to H‑E‑B.

Come stay for a relaxing peaceful time in the woods overlooking the San Gabriel River. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air, shaded walks , picnic or floating at the river. River floating is dependant on rainfall. We have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Firepit, and a Pool for you and your family and friends to enjoy. "OOO-AHH" lake get-away. Sand volleyball, kayaks, Lily pad, strong WiFi. Custom home with cedar flooring & exposed beams. Feels like middle of nowhere but world class spa & great restaurants are near. Famous sunset at the Oasis on Lake Travis 7 miles away, 35 minutes from DT Austin. Noise is good....kids squealing and puppies playing. Fire pit and an owner shared hot-tub. With 2 parking spaces and 1 bath we book groups of 6 or less.
