Beautiful house, newly renovated, with amazing sea views to the bay of La Herradura and the Natural Park of Cerro Gordo. Situated in a private small residential complex, very secure, in a quiet area and just 3 minutes with the car to the City of La Herradura and to beaches. The wild beach Playa Calaiza is a 10 minutes walking from the house. The amazing city of Granada with the Alhambra Palace and the Sierra Nevada are just 40 minutes by car. Padel squares and basketball inside the complex.

Nice house in full old case with fantastic views of the sea. It consists of 3 floors and 2 accesses. On the ground floor we find 2 very bright bedrooms, 1 double and another single, and 1 large bathroom with bathtub. On the middle floor is the other entrance to the house. It consists of living-dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 full bathroom with shower tray. The top floor has another living room with fireplace, 1 toilet, and access to the large terrace overlooking the sea.

A unique house with Jaccuzi and amazing views!

Casa Valentine is located in the area of Cotobro / San Cristobal in Almunecar, looking out over San Cristobal beach, the town and the surrounding mountains. It is a comfortable house with gorgeous views and a great location! It is a good 5/6 minutes walk to the beach ( downhill) and probably more around 15 minutes uphill ( rather steep), but that's the price to pay for the wonderful view!. We recommend a car, we have a garage and you can also park in the street which is very quiet.
