Cute house with big basketball court

The house by the sea. We tried to make it soulful and cute. We used as much as possible natural materials. We made a large lawn with a basketball ring. Go and play barefoot. Ground from an electrified city. The second loft floor with an attic window was made inside the house. It was romantic. Hammocks,swings,sun loungers will complement the picture of coziness. In the morning you will be awakened by the singing of birds. The beach is small,no one will stop you and will not intrusively offer corn and church.

Apartment on the first line - the second house from the sea. And this separates us from the highway and the noise/ But across the yard and the road you find yourself in a beautiful picturesque park, overlooking the sea. Sixth floor. From the balcony and windows you can see the playground. Only residents' cars are parked in the yard. There are grocery stores in the house from the end and in the yard. Two large supermarkets within walking distance across the yards - 10 minutes

Decorative stove/fireplace (firewood provided). Maximum occupancy is 8 adults + 2 children (on the sofa). The house has space for parking 2 cars. At great desire - 3 cars. There is a small outdoor veranda and 12 ares of own outdoor area. 600 meters to the beach on a paved road.
