When we speak about location, this is it...No need for a car, property located directly opposite the Warwick Shopping Centre. Bus stop out front to train station. Cycle to Hillarys Boat Harbour for breakfast by the sea. Park behind property. New hot water system has been installed, new Tv and new refrigerator to kitchen in recent upgrade.
