We will take you for coffee in one of the city’s historic cafés. Here in Trieste, coffee drinking is an important ritual and we will show you how best to enjoy it, like a true Triestino. Having finished our coffees, we will hop on the historic Opicina tramway (or replacement bus if the tram network is down) and head out to the green and distinctive Karst area, the starting point of our trip. From here, we will spend around an hour hiking and taking in breath-taking views of the city and the sea. Finding a peaceful spot to stop, we will sample rebechin, a typical Triestino snack, and savour the local produce. Our walk continues through a traditional village, followed by a descent to the sea. Strolling along fishermen’s trails and passing the railway station, which was built in 1857, we end our journey in the stunning Miramare Castle park. After the tour, you may wish to cool off with a dip in the sea, visit the Castle or return with me to the city centre. Other things to note 5km walk on a flat path and 2km walk on a descending path with stairs (total 2 hours walk). The trail does not present any technical difficulty. In case of rain the break will take place indoor.

Join me on a panoramic flight and experience Rijeka and Croatia from another perspective - from above! We will take off from Grobnik airport in a Cessna 172 aircraft and fly over the city of Rijeka and enjoy in the sight of beautiful Adriatic sea on one side and mountains on the other. The flight is 30 minutes long but the experience you will gain will last for a long time! :)

The tour starts from Ručica. Following the guide's introductory instructions, the participants will be given the necessary equipment. Kayaking will start from beautiful beach Ručica and continues south-east along the coast towards the beach of Beriknica, where the first break for swimming and picnic is planned. Above Beriknica stands Stogaj, a peculiarly shaped rock that attracts a large number of rock climbers from all over the world. Kayaking continues towards the rt Sušac, with long and spacious sandy beaches appearing one after the other along the way. The next stop is Malin Beach, a secluded pebble beach located near the Paška Vrata passage with a freshwater source in its proximity. The tour optionally continues towards Gače Cave through which we pass by kayaks. After a break, the tour ends by kayaking north-east back to Ručica with rests along the way.

Is there any better way to spend late afternoon in Piran than with a laidback walking tour through the narrow streets of the city which will take you back to the medieval times and give you great insight how people were living here few centuries ago? In 90 minutes walking tour I will share you some great stories from our granddads, local fishermen, salt producers and many more. During the tour you will visit important town squares, see lots of Venetian architecture and maybe even walk in 700 years old Minorite Monastery with rich history and interesting anecdotes. A great panoramic view will open on the top of the hill where church of St. George stands tall above the town. From this point you will be able to see Slovenia, Croatia and Italy at the same time. This region is widely known for it’s amazing wines like Malvazija (white) and Refošk (red), but you will be the judge which suits you better. Escape the crowds! Take the advantage of a small group experience with a local, olive grove visit included. It is a true Istrian farm to table story. We will meet at the olive grove first where you'll get to know all about olives and see various types of our carefully tended olive trees. You will be guests at our family property built in 1899, located on a small hill surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and fruit orchards. We will take you to our authentic Istrian olive oil tasting room where you will be presented with the educational story about the history of olive cultivation and phases of premium olive oil production today. You will hear about our family tradition, harvesting process, year around works in the olive grove, how olive oil is extracted and how it should be properly stored, the evolution from past to today. Proceeding to the charming garden where professional Olivo Istriano olive oil tasting will takes place, followed by a typical Istrian charcuterie board with homemade and local products only such as local cheeses, grandma's ricotta, jam, bread, prosciutto,.. Welcome with us to Postojna cave, you will experience amazing system a series of caverns, halls and caves 2 millions old and about 24 km long distance underground. In the entrance you will take electric train it will takes you into a Great Mountain cavern for a distance about 4 kilometers and walkable 2 kilometers around stalagmites and stalactites. Visit will take about 1,5 hour. After we take a drive to Predjama castle wich is world wide famous and it lies on the mouth of cavern half way up a 123 meters high cliff. It is 9 km away from caves and you need a transport. Please contact us before booking, attractions is very visited. We do early morning tour becouse group is the smallest. Later groups in the caves can be up tp 600 people.

Our tour starts from our Jistra kayak location on the eastern side of Cape Kamenjak and after a short briefing we get into our kayaks and start our adventure. We row towards the southern end of Cape Kamenjak along its magical coastline as we make our way towards the breathtaking caves to explore their interior. What follows is the exploration of one of the caves interior with the sun rays illuminating it as they protrude trough the half open ceiling which creates a truly magical atmosphere. After this amazing experience there is waiting us tasty lunch at shadowy interior of Safari bar. There are located 10m cliffs for those who like more adrenaline or you can just enjoy the sun and beautiful view of southernmost place of Istria. Last part of the tour it will continue with rowing back with short break on lonely island Šekovac. Once we have gathered our strength we get back into our kayaks and slowly make our way back.
