Apartment with sauna in Maribor city centre

This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

The light-flooded cellar is located on a sunny, quiet wine slope in the Styrian volcanic country. The spa town of Bad Radkersburg is only 12 km away. The original part of the basement is made of stone and is well over 100 years old and was complemented by a modern addition of wood and glass, resulting in a perfect symbiosis of originality and modernity. The exceptionally beautiful view over the vineyards to our neighbouring Slovenia is also convincing.

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
