Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. And of course, the house is fully equiped, even for longer visits! Have a nice stay!

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

At approximately 995 m2, this charming log cabin is approx 35m2 with gas boiler / WC / shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Cutlery, dishes, pans, radio, coffee maker, towels, 2 persons down, 4 upstairs. A small TV and an Xbox360 and a SAT antenna now allows access to content such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube. 38 bright and cozy square meters with private entrance, protected garden area, sauna, table tennis, hiking in the goose ditch to the Heidenstatt ... Bikes for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. I run as a mirror maker in Austria's last traditional mirrored workshop. We look forward to seeing you!

Located in an idyllic basement alley, but only a 5-minute walk from the train station, this is a unique place to stay. The garden consists of several levels and is nicely integrated into the basement alley. It is a particularly quiet location, as a forest begins behind the house and the basement alley is hardly occupied.
