The perfect "hideaway" for individualists: Duplex apartment on two floors in a fantastically quiet location without traffic noise, on request with private cellar for MTBs. The cozy apartment is renovated to a high standard and furnished with great attention to detail. On the 1st floor are the spacious living/dining room and the modern, beautiful wooden kitchen as well as the bright, friendly bathroom. A sheltered south-facing loggia promises many hours of sunshine. The cozy bedroom is under the roof.

Unsere 30 m² große Nichtraucher-Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Goslar, nur 5 Min. vom Marktplatz entfernt. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Schlafcouch für eine dritte Person, eine Essecke und eine Küchenecke mit Kühlschrank und Zwei-Platten-Herd. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein 1,40 x 2,00 m Bett. Duschbad ist vorhanden. Unser Hof steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Für Ihr Auto erhalten Sie einen Parkausweis. Die Wohnungen sind nicht behindertengerecht. Haustiere bei uns leider nicht erlaubt.

Meine Harz Suites bestehen aus 5 verschiedenen Apartments im Haus Vier Jahreszeiten - einem ehemaligen Hotel. Die Lage im Ort: Absolut zenral - zwischen Kurpark und (Erlebnis-)Bocksberg. Tourist-Information, Seilbahn, Stabkirche, Bäcker und diverse Restaurants - alles ist maximal 300m entfernt. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind vorhanden, der Bus hält direkt vorm Haus. AKTUELLER HINWEIS: Wir renovieren unseren Wellnessbereich. Bis Ende 2024 steht dieser daher leider nicht zur Verfügung.

We are a friendly family and rent out our 60 sqm apartment for max. 4 people. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! Local tourist tax is payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly next to the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain biking trails! In the beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent bike paths and mountain bike trails. For bikers, Lautenthal is a great start in the winding Harz!

Nice little home for couples, singles, 5 minute walk to the center, Emperor´s Palace (Kaiserpfalz), 15 min to the station, no kids, pets, candles, barbecue, smoking (old city/Unesco). One steeper staircase to 1st floor, bath (shower) & hall (ground floor). Curtains, blinds except in bathroom (milky glass, garden). Key locker. Own lockable cellar (2 sledges, for bike, ski) if needed. Close to all sights, hikes, swim (Herzb. Teich). Near to Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Thale.

The apartment is on the ground floor of our holiday home completed in spring 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/ Westerode, surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.
