Herzlich willkommen in Görlitz. Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage, zentral gelegen im Herzen der Altstadt. Von hier aus finden Sie zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés sowie viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch die Neiße, über die Sie auf die polnische Seite gelangen, ist nicht weit entfernt. Sie finden eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, im oberem Bereich gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad. Im unteren Bereich befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit großzügiger offener Küche mit Essbereich sowie 1 WC.

The apartment (2nd floor, approx. 35 sqm) is located on the beautiful Untermarkt, right in the heart of the historic old town and yet traffic-calmed. Short distances to the sights of the city, to cafes and restaurants, to Poland with further restaurants on the Neisse River. A parking ticket for parking close to the apartment is optionally available. (11 Euro per week) . I will be happy to obtain this ticket for you if required! Let the city surprise you.

Due to our proximity to the easternmost point of Germany, the Kulturinsel Einsiedel and the Neisse, we are the ideal accommodation for families, cyclists, etc. Even if the object is not quite finished from the outside, we have put a lot of effort into the interior design. Most of the materials come from Germany and some special oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian forest. You can admire the sunset directly at the lake and really relax. Wohnen mitten in der Altstadt - die neu eingerichtete Wohnung liegt inmitten der historischen Altstadt - zu Untermarkt, Peterskirche oder Altstadtbrücke sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Zentral gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig und gemütlich. (Achtung! diese Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung!)
