The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors 15 minutes from the center of Borås. Listing plan is completely newly renovated and all beds are brand new. 1 km to a really nice lake where you can swim, fish & grill. Within walking distance (5min) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community there are also tennis courts, padel courts, bathhouses, a footpath around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (which has older standards) there is another toilet, a shower and a washing machine.

Very nice holiday home with lakeside location and a big patio. From here you can take the steps down to the private jetty for a swim or relax close to the lake. wintertime you light the fireplace and get amazed by the view. The perfect location give you light from sunrise to sunset. Every room have fantastic seaview through the big windows. The livingroom has a fireplace to enjoy. The house is located close to Borås with a large selection of entertainment, activities and shopping centers.

Welcome to the lovely little village Bosnäs. Just 10 km from the city of Borås. In this cool tiny house you live very cozy and comfortable. The house is placed in the garden but you will have enough space from the main house and your own privacy and parking. There is a bed for two (160 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm). The small kitchen works perfect for simple cooking. Bathroom with toilet and shower. You are free to borrow two paddle boards. There is a nice lake close to the house (400 m).
