Living in the old stone house with modern design

Our house is centrally located and is ideal for recreation seekers and nature lovers. The apartment is located at the end of the private road belonging to the house. The apartment has lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. The apartment offers the opportunity for vacation, relaxation and creative work. We ride a motorbike ourselves, so we are also very happy about guests with a motorbike.

Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the city center in an absolute quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden flooring combined with modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, WiFi, Playstation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even in the hot summer days.

The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. A retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome, chickens, cats and farm dog Luna roam freely around the yard.

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. There are deer, chickens, cats and bees here. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I build as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and kitchen.

They live with us on the first floor of our house. They have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. Holiday apartment ( 103 m2) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. There is also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
