Beautiful penthouse in the waterfront area

Guests will love this house for the brightness, silence, the many comforts and the beautiful view of the harbor and the waterfront. Nice apartment 100 m from the sea

The apartment consists of a large kitchen with table, sofa and TV, two bedrooms, the first with two single beds, the second double and a bathroom with shower. The rooms and kitchen have windows with sea view and both rooms have a large wardrobe and desk. The sea and free beach are 100 m away as well as pizzerias and bars. Parking is free on the street and in the area. I pay special attention to cleaning and sanitizing the rooms after each visit.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is common, but very large, you can safely park the car. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. Tourist centers, lakes, and trails are just minutes away by car.

90sqm house, built in traditional local stone. Located at 200meters from the beach, inside a big garden (20.000sqm property with other 7 houses). No luxury, but ideal for relax. If you like a place where you can forget your car, stay all time in swimming suit, walk to the beach, this may be the place for you. If you have friends, other houses could be rented in the same fenced area, to increase the number of guests.
