A peaceful setting for your unforgettable holiday with a majestic breathtaking infinity pool. The property is secluded but still a short 7 mins drive from Tracino, where grocery shopping is possible. Posto nella zona periferica di Tracino basso, ha un ottima posizione con vista mare e una adeguata privacy. E' la contrada dell'Arco dell'Elefante, cala Levante, Tramontana e Gadir. A pochi passi, da piazza Perugia e valle di Ghirlanda, luogo idele per passeggiare tra campi coltivati a zibibbo e capperi. A Tracino ci sono tutti i servizi necessari; farmacia, panificio, tanti alimentari, pub&bar, vari ristoranti, poste. La residenza non è asiccurata contro danni a persone o cose.

Here's a great solution for a dream vacation. Around the west, a stone's throw from the sea and the marina of Scauri, with incredible views of the spectacular sunsets of the island, it also has access to the large exotic garden that collects dozens of examples of rare beauty. A double bedroom, the spacious bathroom and the veranda from which a few steps lead to the pool, are the essentials of the dammuso. This includes breakfast and parking, a shared swimming pool.

A silent place, where you can sleep listening to sound of sea, in the morning have a swim and soon after breakfast on your terrace watching boats passing by.
