Wonderfull Apartment - 100m2 - panoramic sea view

On the ground floor of a Villa with independent access, located 10min walk from the city center and public transport, the 100m2 apartment has been completely renovated and air-conditioned. All the rooms have a sea view and overlook a large terrace without any opposite. A private closed garage is also available. The 30 steps constituting the access from the garage to the apartment will take you through a typical Mediterranean garden and arrive on this panoramic terrace of more than 100m2.

Nice 2 room apartment 45 m2 garden level villa, quiet area close to all amenities,shops,transport. Composed of a kitchen with central island and living room, 140 rapido sofa, TV , bedroom, bathroom.. Secure private parking, bike room, terrace ,garden,air conditioning. Beaches 15 min walk . Free shuttles all summer serving all beaches. Capital mimosa, mimosa festival in February. 20 minutes from CANNES, film festival, MIPIM.Centre Expo Congrès 5 minutes. Nice Airport 30 minutes away.

Comfortable studio on FrenchRiviera

Fully equipped studio ideal for two people seeking tranquility. New 2017 : a confortable real bed (not a sofa bed) with a very good mattress The apartment is located in the town of Mandelieu is right next to Cannes with its many hotels and festivals. The beach is about 5 minutes by car from the apartment. There is a big supermarket at 5 minutes for food shop, gasoil, pressing, H&M, dry cleaning, Mc Donalds, ... ). studio completely renovated in November 2023, fully equipped to receive you in good conditions. spacious air-conditioned living room with balcony for an aperitif, fully equipped kitchen to accommodate you in the best conditions ( oven, range hood, stove, coffee maker, kettle, etc.). bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, hanging toilet. wifi and smart TV. all a few meters from all amenities ( giant casino, city center) and the sea is less than 5 mins.
