The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez bei Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away, and the festival house is 20 minutes away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it to travel. The house is right next to the small Margrafen castle Schreez. In 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.

Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. On foot: 2 min. to the train station, 5 min. to the city center The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. 16 sqm coziness in friendly furnished bungalow for 2 people. Quiet location surrounded by greenery, adjacent to forest, meadows and fields! The kitchenette offers everything you need, as well as a sink, refrigerator, double induction stove, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The cuddly double bed (160m x 200m) has two dimmable bedside lamps and side shelves. Sufficient storage space is provided by two shelves, the space under the bed and numerous wall hooks.

Pure nature on the edge of the forest!. A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sports activities. The property is located a bit off the beaten path. Nearby are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Bike and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 holiday houses with private, separated outdoor area. Free parking space at the house.

Located at the edge of the Fichtelgebirge and Franconian Switzerland, as well as at the gateway to the Upper Palatinate, is ideal for hiking, biking, skiing and relaxing. Our accommodation is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are trails partly (floodlight) and the biathlon stadium with ski scooter and ski lift, sledge slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Please request a children's discount!
