Beautiful refurbished house with a modern style and designer furniture. The house has a sunny living room with an equipped kitchen. The house has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two beds. The house also has a playroom for children with a sofa bed. If you decide to bring a car we have 2 exterior spaces available and there is no problem to park outside if your friends come to visit. You will also enjoy a fantastic 300 square meter garden where you can swim in the pool.

Appartement front de mer de 100 m2 avec 2 grandes chambres à coucher. Refait à neuf. Très fonctionnel et agréable. 4 eme étage avec ascenseur. Face à la plage aménagée avec restaurants, transat et paillote. En plein centre ville, à 3 min de la gare routière et du tram vers l'aéroport (35 mn, 3€) et le centre de Malaga (45 mn, 3,5 €). Luminous studio and totally reformed. Wonderfully located at the foot of the beach and with spectacular sea, beach views. It's the perfect place to unwind. The casita is special to enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden. Go to the Community Pool ( June, July, August and September) BBQ grill, have family fun or jump on the trampoline! And also be very close to the city (Fuengirola, Cala de Mijas, Marbella, etc.), shopping centers, restaurants, etc. You can walk to the beach, just 10 minutes (with beach bar, public baths, showers, etc.). The house is great for family, friends, and even your pet!

Lovely apartment with fantastic direct views of the sea, coast and the beach! Watch the boats and yachts go by and admire the coastline from the sunny terrace. Excellent location in almost secluded area, only 3 minutes walk to the sandy beach with its own restaurant 'Villa Tropicana ' that offers great service and delicious meals all year around. "El Farito" Parking, Sea Views & Relaxation

The apartment is located in the quiet Urbanization Colinas del Faro, is ideal for a couple. Its orientation is Southeast with lots of brightness, comfortable temperature and views of the ocean and the Urbanization of the Lighthouse. From its terrace you can enjoy a nice sunset watching the boats sail. The best, the area with easy access by the A7, the proximity of the beaches to which you can take a pleasant walk, the sunny terrace and with sea views to see sunrises or beautiful sunsets. Spacious and well-kept gardens. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay. In summer time sunbeams and parasol in the pool are free as well and you have a place where take a book to relax reading in the pool.
