The spacious apartment has approx. 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately refurbished old town house near the famous Passau Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living room has a window to a schoolyard in which students occasionally noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, so plenty of laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Apartment near city center. It looks bright and very friendly and is especially gladly booked because of the location, the tasteful, plentiful. Equipment, the pretty balcony, the almost immediate location at the Inn and the complete equipment (spices and other kitchen utensils, also shower gel, etc.) You can leave the car on the parking lot and reach the city center on the walk and bike path in 10 minutes. Shopping and bus stop approx. 100 m
