The workshops consist of an hour and a half of work and fun divided into two parts. The first involves the use of a transparent glass plate where guests will create a figure with pieces of Murano glass, called graniglia, which will then be cooked in the oven. The glass will melt and the created figure will remain with the guest. The second part consists of a demonstration phase by the Maestro and subsequently a practical test of Murano glass processing by the guests. Guests will work the glass with the flame and experience the pleasant sensation of ancient lampwork. The workshops are also ideal for families with children over 12, who will love the magic of glass. Other things to keep in mind The works completed in the first part of the workshop will be cooked in the oven for approximately 3 hours, while the objects made with the flame will be ready after 2 hours of cooling. Everything will be delivered the same day after 2/3 hours or the following day in agreement with the customers. Workshop duration: 1.5 hours.

Everything is located in the center of Zagreb. My partner and I will greet you in front of our building and take you to the rooftop (17th floor). There you can have some refreshments while enjoying the view. The rooftop provides a 360 view of the city and its surroundings. We'll show you around, tell you some useful tips about Zagreb urban nightlife, the city architecture, the music scene and anything else that comes to mind. We'll also hand out the setlist booklets providing text translations. When everybody is comfortable we start the music performance. Think of it as a cosy and informal exclusive concert. This is an experience that works good for people intersted in the Zagreb underground music scene as well as for cultural savvy travellers who want to see Zagreb from a different, more personal perspective. Note that we meet just before sunset (so the concert can take place as the sun goes down), so the exact timing of the event can vary from month to month. A 1-hour beginner-friendly workshop creating beautiful custom-designed items using natural materials. I will provide you with silicon trays for modeling, colors, powder, and knowledge of how to create them yourself. The idea is that you can build one shape that you decide and you can bring it home or give it to someone as a gift. Please note that the duration of the workshop may vary depending on the participants' speed, and it could take more than 1 hour in some cases. You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real laboratory of pasta, reviewed among the "best 10 pastificio in Rome" . We will start with handmade pasta, made with different kind of flours: like ancient grain Triticum Monococcum, Grano Saraceno (buckwheat) and wholemeal flour. We will do thin sheets dough, explanation of safe food cutting procedures, realization of three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two typical Italian sauces. Then you will get familiar with all our birds, and the way our breeding station operates to save various endangered species. And finally, you will participate in feeding the birds of prey, including our bald eagle Helen, vulture Omar, a group of Harris hawks and a few others. They will fly just above your heads, and they will land on your arm protected by a special leather glove. This is a hands-on experience, quite literally! We will finish off by showcasing the training of the fastest bird of prey on the planet, our falcon named Gulliver. ❄️ This is a year-round, all-weather event. Even though it takes place mostly in the open air, a heated garden house, as well as several heaters located outside, are always at our guests' disposal. Moreover, our birds do not appreciate the summer temperatures as much as us, humans, and tend to fly a bit better during winter.

Then we stop to have the best coffee in Rome in a very popular bar, we drink a glass of wine from the bottle that waits for us in a picnic basket behind the car and then the famous Italian ice cream. We drive through the romantic alleys where many shops are located , in the air we can smell the inviting aroma coming out the restaurants that serve typical Roman dishes. At each place, we will get pictures taken by the staff or from me. Each stop will be 10-15 minutes and the guests are free to visit the locations alone if they wish so.. The experience starts in front of the Dubrovnik Tourist Board on Pile Square. The first stop takes us to Kolorina Bay which was one of the main filming locations for Blackwater Bay, the docks of King's Landing amongst other. After that we'll walk up the staircase to fort Lovrijenac, setting for inside scenes of the Red Keep and many more. The next location to visit is Old Town. Here you see many different filming locations including Cersei's iconic "Walk of Shame". The last part takes you to the "Throne Room" to take a picture on the Iron Throne. All of these women started to make pasta in their childhood, keeping alive a tradition that is slowly disappearing. And they are ready to pass it to you! You’ll be part of our crazy big family for a day and join us as we walk the tiny medieval streets of Palombara Sabina to Grandma’s kitchen, located in the old winepress where our great-grandpas used to make wine that the community tapped straight from the barrel (or in Grandma's home... according to the weather). Come along for an after-dark stroll to explore some of these tales of Rome. We begin in one of Rome's liveliest squares, now full of bars and restaurants. However, it was once a place of execution, and reminders of this still stand - hear the tale of Giordano Bruno, one of Italy's greatest minds who got on the wrong side of the Church. Then we stroll through the backstreets, arriving at one of the oldest bridges, which is haunted by one of Rome's most infamous characters. Strolling down a medieval street, we come to a unique church, home to a mysterious order of monks with a rather macabre task. From here, we reach the site of one of the world's most notorious historical prisons, then pass the tomb of the notorious Borgia Pope, before arriving at the home of an infamous poisoner. Soon, we reach Castel Sant'Angelo, where we talk about one of Rome's most famous executions, which the city's people didn't want - the Cenci family. Altogether, it's a fascinating alternative look at Roman history. Other things to note: It's an easy walk, lasting about 2 hours. We end close to some nice bars and restaurants. Please arrive 10 minutes early as we cannot guarantee waiting for late arrivals.

Learn how to easily and successfully make homemade pasta by joining us at our cooking school located in the historic centre of Rome. Our team of professional chefs is pleased to meet you and spend a fun and unique lesson teaching you the secrets of making Ravioli, Fettuccine, Spaghetti, and Tortelli in different shapes. We will provide you with all the necessary tools including a kitchen gown, rolling pin, pasta cutter, eggs, and flour. After the preparation, we will cook the pasta together with their sauces. Each participant will prepare their pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it with the rest of the group like a true Italian family. This experience will last for about 3 hours and will be an opportunity to socialize with other travellers and your host in an authentic Italian atmosphere. During the meal, we will serve the delicious organic Tuscan wine, which we produce on our farm called "Dalle Nostre Mani" using natural methods. If you want to drink during the lesson, you can buy some bottles at our shop before the lesson. We hope that this experience will be useful in increasing your culinary knowledge and enable you to replicate our secrets at your home, leaving your diners amazed! Every participant will receive English instructions.

The workshops consist of an hour and a half of work and fun divided into two parts. The first involves the use of a transparent glass plate where guests will create a figure with pieces of Murano glass, called graniglia, which will then be cooked in the oven. The glass will melt and the created figure will remain with the guest. The second part consists of a demonstration phase by the Maestro and subsequently a practical test of Murano glass processing by the guests. Guests will work the glass with the flame and experience the pleasant sensation of ancient lampwork. The workshops are also ideal for families with children over 12, who will love the magic of glass. Other things to keep in mind The works completed in the first part of the workshop will be cooked in the oven for approximately 3 hours, while the objects made with the flame will be ready after 2 hours of cooling. Everything will be delivered the same day after 2/3 hours or the following day in agreement with the customers. Workshop duration: 1.5 hours.
