New and child-friendly cottage in quiet surroundings

New and modern cottage with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 meters from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 lovely bedrooms with 4 double beds (The bed in one of the rooms is a pull-out bed, but serves as a double bed when it is pulled out). Accommodates a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people if there are families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress for the very young children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hairdryer. The focal point of the house is about 35m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a lovely functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Cromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or similar to the house) Here there is a guarantee of relaxation, coziness and good interaction. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home ideal as a gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful holiday together. Outside you will find a large wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (about 120m2). The terrace is partly covered with garden furniture and patio heaters that invite to good times over the holidays. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip at the beach. For the childlike souls there is also a trampoline, a swing and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house there is only 3 km until Gilleleje town, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, cinema and good restaurants.

Newly renovated modern cottage 300 meters from the loveliest sandy beach and 600 meters to shops and cafes in “Down town” Dronningmølle. 3.4 km to Hornbæk with ample opportunity for shopping and partying in the streets. Located on a quiet enclosed residential road out to fields and the meadow. The house consists of two buildings with 9 real sleeping places. Kitchen/living room with direct exit to south facing terrace with covered terrace for when the dew falls. In addition, the east facing terrace to enjoy the morning sun The house appears brand new.

Relax with your family in our lovely retreat. The house consists of a living room with a wood-burning stove and open kitchen. A large alcove of 210x200 with room for both adults and children. Two rooms with one shipfish on each. In the garden there are three terraces and both shade and sun from morning to evening. There is Netto and Coop365 within 700m and the beach is 800m away and is reached walking in 10 min. The house is in the process of being repaired. It's working as it is now, but it has its little flaws here and there.
