This upstairs apartment near downtown is walking distance to U of U and 9th & 9th restaurants and light-rail stops. 2 bedrooms, washer/dryer combo, kitchen, 1 bathroom and a large outdoor deck with gas firepit / outdoor patio furniture. Family lives in main floor so not a party house, but great place for up to 4 to stay and relax. Bedroom one has a Queen & twin. Bedroom 2 bed is full size. Some rooms have pitched ceilings that are a bit short in some places. Street parking only. No pets.

Upstairs unit in historic Victorian home across from the State Capitol. Lots of windows and natural light, high ceilings and recently remodeled. It’s a one bedroom with a queen bed that sleeps two adults (there are two twin sized cots in the living room intended for guests traveling with children). Walk across the street to the State Capitol for a tour or take a walk around the park. Walking distance to Temple and Downtown restaurants and bars. Laundry in unit, as well as full kitchen!
