Up the elegant staircase to the living/dining room and small, but fully equipped galley kitchen. Fibre wifi, Panasonic soundbar, smart TV and Blue ray give plenty of entertainment options. The view across house roofs to the iconic St James Church as you eat your meals, is great by day and stunning at night.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
