Original style unique circa 1972 Port-A-Lodge on Lake Mathis. Recently renovated. Enjoy fishing/swimming by boat! Lake levels fluctuate. Lake levels are medium now. Huge covered deck with lots of seating and outdoor charcoal grill. Decorated with modern art touches and safari themed. This cozy but comfortable double "igloo" with Queen size bed, renovated walk-in shower, new flooring, and kitchen amenities. Perfect for weekend getaway, longer stays available. Boat trailer parking. Rose Hill is a 30 acre privately owned ranchette in rural Atascosa County. We offer a 500 sq ft log sided, western decor cabin that can comfortably accommodate 5 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed. 2 sofa hide a beds in the common area, a roll away bed & a cot for additional bed arrangements. Great place to call home while bass/gar/catfishing, quail/duck/dove/deer/hog hunting, exploring this unique area, or just getting away from the city hustle. Calliham is a quiet place, where you are in a settlement, but still get the feeling of the great South Texas outdoors. Also, convenient to San Antonio & Corpus Christi for a day trip if you want!

Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed/ futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

Cabin with river frontage on the Nueces river approx 6 miles up river from Lake Mathis and 9 miles down river from George West. Great fishing! BE ADVISED: the main access route is currently closed for bridge rebuilding. Access to the property will be from CR 151 off Hwy 281, south of George West. This road is mostly unpaved and may be a little rough in spots (still navigable with a sedan but perhaps a little bumpy). Please bring bring bottled water for drinking - tap water isn't so tasty.
