Undercover parking at the back and a private front veranda behind the terracotta wall. Away from the main part of town but close enough to easily access restaurant's, shops and services including the spectacular Premier Mill Hotel and The Daily Grind Cafe. We are a 2 hectare rural property surrounded by farmland and overlooking forest, quiet and serene, but only 10 minutes from Manjimup and 15 mins from Pemberton. The house is a farmhouse style with a 4 metre wide deck extending the length of the house. The house is separated into two sections, with no common areas other than a portion of the front deck, and separate entrances. We live in one section and the other section is for guests.
