Two-room apartment in a unique position among the characteristic houses of LungoParma, with balcony overlooking the creek. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and consists of bright and spacious living area with double bed (160x200) and balcony, separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. A/C, washing machine, super fast WiFi and TV. They'll give you the scent of bread ( we're on top of one of Parma's oldest bakeries) and pheasants in the river greek:-)
