Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This newly renovated vintage house is nestled in farm country. It's common to see deer and other small wildlife in the yard. Yet it's only 5 minutes to the local grocery, 15 minutes from Hornell, 30 minutes to Alfred University, 30 minutes to the Keuka Wine Trail, and 45 minutes to the Corning Museum of Glass. It's also only 15 minutes from the Amish Shops in Jasper and Greenwood. Truly, the location is ideal.

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.
