Stunning loft style house 5 mins from the square

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Total tranquility but close to restaurants and shopping spots. Departure point of the best hiking trails in the Serra de Tramuntana de Mallorca located in an enclave declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The sea and the beach are about 4 km away. Very quiet and sunny an incomparable setting. The town of Fornalutx has received several awards at European level for its conservation with the environment. The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and you can spend days on the beach in the port of Soller having all the activities you want. .It is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana therefore it is ideal starting point for hiking trails

A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room.
