A hundred years old house, freshly renewed, stylish space. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, sauna on request. Close to Jūrmala and it's restaurants and spa's. Reachable not only by car but by bus from Riga bus station (1h10, bus #7951 in direction of Talsi). Lapmežciems is a great spot to explore Kurzeme!

An individual part of the house in the classic Jurmala style. Separate entrance. Renovation made in 2024. Walk to the station "Vaivari" 2 minutes, to the sea 10 minutes. The former summer residence of the People's Artist of Latvia Vera Baljuna, where famous theater and film celebrities met. There is also a sauna with a Russian steam room, barbecue grill and bikes (see details below). Early check-in and late check-out are available (paid), as well as a luggage storage service (free).

It’s located on left side of Jūrmala, at 9th floor of genuine soviet block type house. Summer season - friday bookings is min. two nights. Full weeks can be booked aswell. This is tiny BUTE apartment, located by the Baltic sea. The inspiration for this apartment comes from my grandfather who used to be a fisherman nearby this place and one of my favourite fish in his catch was BUTE (flounder). Food shop 10 minutes walk. Nearby there are many places for active recreation. Spend great time in nature of Kemeri National Park, Sloka Lake, Kaņiera lake, forest and neighborhood.
