Atelier apartment at the foot of the Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 sqm, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg, or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt u. Lutherhaus 10-15 Min., Wartburg: ca.35Min. (Waldweg), Bahnhof: ca.15 Min. Hiking: Right behind the house begins the forest and many hiking opportunities close by. I am more than happy to give tips and information material. The windows of the studio go to the yard, which partly greener serves as a parking space to the (large) part. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby downtown (about 6-10 minutes walking distance). The surrounding southern district is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and worth seeing alone because of its many Art Nouveau villas. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min ) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio ( non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Since there are always requests, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are at the guests' disposal. Sheets, towels and hair dryers are available. In addition, of course: washing utensils/tea towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests traveling by car have a private parking available right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Note: except for the Thuringian school holidays and holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4-6pm on Wednesdays. If your stay is a Wednesday, you will get a delicious breakfast as a small reimbursement. Just let me know your desired day.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the district road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and was designed with a lot of love. The furniture are made of wood and exude a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with french. Balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes over daily maintenance in consultation). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible in consultation at any time of the day.

The 2 room apartment is 60 square meters and is located in a quiet one-way street. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet bedroom with an 800 sqm garden. Just as quickly as at the cathedral you are also in the city and the hiking trail on the Gera starts at the end of the road. For my guests there is an espresso machine & a small supermarket is around the corner. The apartment is friendly and cozy, has a good atmosphere and is also suitable for a longer stay.

Lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance in ecologically renovated half-timbered house from 1870. Combined living room and bedroom (room 1) with double bed as well as TV, games corner and sofa with sleeping function. In the fully equipped kitchen with large dining table is access to the terrace. Small, fine bathroom with spacious shower & underfloor heating. Number of rooms depends on the number of guests. Apartment pleasantly cool in summer.

The cottage is located in the health resort Finsterbergen directly on/in the forest, in a small bungalow settlement. Due to its location it offers an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200m away.

Exclusive place to stay in the heart of old town

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Situated right behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central , high quality furnished and refurbished property. To the tram at the fish market is only 200 m. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. A beautiful terrace completes the whole. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

Great location at the foot of the Steigerwald, on the Gera cycle path in Bischleben, the bacon belt of Erfurt. The half-timbered house has been completely renovated in 2014. 65sqm, 4 beds, kitchen, bathtub, balcony - look at the pictures! The apartment offers a beautiful view from the 2nd floor.
