This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.

Located in an area very close to everything, just 50 meters away is a beautiful river/seafront promenade. 15 minutes from the best beaches and 10 minutes from the city center, the nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away.
