You surely will like the place right from the start! The ivy grown round hideaway, in spring birds will build there nests here, is located in a nice old garden. Some part of the garden you are allowed to use for yourself, garden furnitures included. The rooms are light and equipped in Scandinavian/ IKEA style.

My property is right in the centre of Höxter's historic centre. Restaurants and restaurants as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle as a UNESCO World Heritage Site is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the bike path R1, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km lies the recreational lake complex with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction!

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and larger groups. Unless it is about uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

„Mono" steht mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Hinterm Zaun ist nur noch Grün... Das Haus ist eigentlich kein Haus, sondern ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.
