Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Cozy studio, hammock and sunsets guaranteed

Very nice cozy studio located on the 12th floor of a quiet and secure residence. With a southwest exposure, enjoy unobstructed views over all of Paris, the canal in the foreground and the Sacré-Coeur in the distance. Admire the beautiful sunsets from the hammock on the balcony. Between the Chaumont buttes and the Bassin de la Villette, you won't be disappointed in the neighborhood. This apartment is a small cocoon ideal for resting, having a good time and visiting the capital of course!

Il mio alloggio è a 5 minuti a piedi dal Parc des Buttes-Chaumont e a 10 dal Parc de la Villette con la Cité de la Musique, la splendida Philharmonie de Paris, il famoso Zénith, l'interessante Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie. Si tratta di un grazioso appartamento di 50 mq, al 2° piano, adatto a single, coppie e famiglie con bambini a pochi minuti dalla metro Laumière. Il vivace quartiere ruota intorno al suggestivo Canal de l' Ourq ed è molto ricco di locali, cinema e ristoranti.

Very quiet apartment on flowery courtyard with all the nessessaire comforts for a dream stay in Paris Living area with lots of bars and restaurants close to the apartment. The metro ( line 8/9) is less than 5 minutes walk as well as buses . Supermarket across the street as well as a convenience store open late in the evening. You are right in the middle of Paris the Galeries Lafayette, L 'opéra, the Louvre,the Eiffel Tower, as well as the Champs Elysees are direct from the metro

Little cocoon in Paris

Hi travelers ! My flat is a little cocoon in Paris (75019). I live since several years in this cute flat, at the last floor a 1900 building (don't worry, there is a litlle elevator to bring you there). I am really fond of this flat so I Hope you will feel very confy : it's very luminous (sun in the bedroom the morning & beginning pm ; sun in the living room the afternoon), without immediat visibility of neighbors & just next to the OURC canal (see pictures).

Charming Studio with Canal View

A jewelry district of Paris which was my favorite, both young and family, perfect for a weekend getaway for two couples or groups of friends. There are many cultural highlights of Paris such as the Philharmonie, the Canal de l 'Ourcq and the Buttes Chaumont. Numerous bars and restaurants, ideal to meet in an atmosphere of Parisian youth. 3 metro lines serve the neighborhood which take in 15 min max door to door to the Sacré Coeur, Opera or the Marais.

Comfortable and well appointed apartment of 26 m² in the 19th ardt of Paris, 50 meters from metro line 7. You will be 15 minutes from central Paris, 12 stations from the Louvre Palais Royal Museum. 2 stations from the Cité des Sciences in La Villette. It is 20 minutes from Gare du Nord and Gare de l 'Est and Châtelet Les Halles. It is surrounded by many restaurants, bakeries, boutiques, supermarkets (casino and monoprix).
