2 room apartment newly renovated this summer with, among other things, a new kitchen and bathroom. There's easy access via a code lock so you can arrive at your convenience. Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding mall. Under half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse, and Givskud Zoo. There are about 700 meters to the shopping opportunity as well as bakeries. Cozy and peaceful garden where no facilities are to be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including at Donssøarna. There's also a bike path to Kolding.

Cozy house in the countryside in quiet surroundings 7 km north of Vejen. Fishing lake, MTB track and golf course are within 2-3 km. The property is centrally located 20 min from Kolding, 25 min from Legoland. There is a private forest with shelter and fireplace that can be used. Terraces to the south and north. The property is on 2 levels with bedrooms and living room upstairs and kitchen living room as well as private toilet/bath on the ground floor. The owner will use the staging area to come to the office in connection with the property. Biker friend.

The holiday home allows for plenty of relaxation in quiet surroundings and a walk in the surrounding forest. That's why the vacation home is private for anyone who wants a little peace of mind, including business travelers. Qi-Gong lessons are available on-site upon request. This is a possibility to try living in a unique building from 1886, that used to be an old bakery. The building is carefully renovated with the front of the oven preserved. The building is placed only a 5 minutes walk from the lake and 10 minutes walk from the city center and the castle Koldinghus. And only 12 minutes walk from the railway station.
