Farmhouse with Fantastic Views overlooking Paonia

The old (but newly remodeled) farm house, half a mile from town, has a private setting on the edge of Pitkin mesa with gorgeous scenic views. One bedroom is downstairs with one bathroom nearby. Upstairs bedrooms are attached by a loft. The upstairs bathroom has a fabulous rain shower. Besides the new marble countertops, there is nothing too fancy in this farmsytle house with plenty of love and comfort for all. There is a large shady yard and deck for dining, hammocking or even an outdoor fire!

Mountain home paradise 1GBPS internet, quiet home!

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). (You’ll need a vehicle with a rack or a truck to shuttle) Kaleb & Abby
