Beautiful house made of cut stone, old wine estate. Tastefully decorated, it has not lost any of its old-world charm. Surrounded by the nature, it's good to rest or walk around. Located between St Emilion, Pomerol and Bordeaux, you will discover the good wines of the area. Arcachon, Cap Ferret are 1 hour from the house... sometimes 1.5 hours. 4 bedrooms can accommodate 8 people. See you soon!

It is 15m2 and consists of a single room with a bed 160 cm, a toilet and shower corner, a sink. A walkway provides access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offering a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a lounge /lounge area.

In the large garden of the owners, enjoy a pleasant independent studio, with its private terrace and independent entrance. Parking in front of the house. Fully fenced house, the owners have 3 dogs, they gladly accept yours (5 euros supplement). Please let them know when you book. Chickens, rabbit, too... If your dog is likely to attack them please leave him on a leash or with a lanyard. Ping-pong table available.
