Lighthouse from 1895 with dwelling and apartment in the tower itself. The building is established on a shear at the end of Rekefjord. Original inventory from the time when the lighthousekeepers and family lived in the lighthouse. The lighthouse contains Kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room, stalls, atrium with panoramic view, 3 bedrooms and small kitchen converted into extra bedrooms. There is also a boat garage adjacent to the lighthouse, this one is furnished for outdoor coziness and simple dining.

New central apartment, terrace and free parking

Newer apartment (2021) centrally located on Nærbø, on the 1st floor with access to its own terrace and common area with playground and barbecue area. Two bedrooms (3-5 pers.). Baby bed can be inserted. A few minutes walk to the train station, and about half an hour by train to Stavanger and Egersund. Shops, gym and park nearby. Walking distance to nice, characteristic iron nature with great hiking terrain. The jær beaches with swimming and surfing opportunities are a 5-10 minutes drive away.

The cabin was new in February 2017. It is modern, functional and has a panorama view, a perfect basecamp for a variety of hikes and trips in addition to relaxing around the cabin. The area offers great possibilities for fishing trout in the mountain lakes and salmon in the Bjerkreimselva, listed as one of the best salmon rivers in Norway! Try also the Kodlom lake just outside the door! In the winter season, Stavtjørn is well known for its excellent cross country and alpine skiing terrain.

The Benedikte house on architect-designed Svindland farm

The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

Welcome to our new and nice apartment in the center of Ålgård - and at the same time located on a farm. You'll be staying right by great nature experiences and waking up to views of the mountains. The building complex was finished in 2016, and maintains a high standard. The apartment is located in the 3rd floor( top floor) with a slight view of the ocean (elevator available). The first floor of the complex has both a gas-station and a small grocery store. The train station is located 100m away from the apartment, with frequent departures for both Stavanger and Egersund. Ogna beach is only 10 minutes of walking away. The condo has free parking on the premises.

Stolpabua - A pearl on the Jærk Coast

Welcome to Stolpabua! Here you live in a rural setting just by the sea and the beautiful Jærskusten. We have spent the winter of 2021 renovating the old cottage that has been standing here on the farm since 1936. Now we hope our guests will enjoy it here at Brekkekanten as much as we do.
