The milonga is the place where local people go to dance tango regularly (private transfer is included); Showtime!! I will pick you up at 7:30am from your accommodation. We will travel 2h to the South heading towards the Andes, up to where our experience takes place: Rosendo Pacheco's family ranch. This is in San Carlos, Valle de Uco region. You will learn how to saddle a horse and ride through the mountains for 1,30h, witnessing a remote, natural and wild landscape. We'll have time to stop for coffee and enjoy multiple views, take pictures and ask Rosendo any questions. If we are lucky to meet some cattle in the way you'll even get the chance to herd them down. Once we arrive in Los Toldos ranch, I will prepare a typical Argentinian barbecue -an 'Asado paired with local wine (veggie option on request). Around 4pm we will start the 1,30h ride back to meet the vehicle and return to the city. Other things to note: No previous experience in horse riding needed. We will arrive at the corral of the flames to make a first contact with them, we will feed them and learn to hold them. The activity consists of taking a walk next to them, for which we will place the muzzle and thus be able to comb them and begin to enjoy the company of them. My llamas are very docile and affectionate, so children can do it too. Already ready to walk we will begin the walk through a neighborhood road and discovering viewpoints with different shades, which will lead us to contemplate and interpret the geology. As the activity consists of enjoying, we will make stops to hydrate and take out llamaselfies next to them. The tour will be short or long, depending on the desire of the family or friends who want to participate. It is a fun and enjoyable ride in which the llamas will take care of removing the negative energies of all participants. Finally we will return to the pen to feed them and say goodbye to them. Other things to note It is a walk by the flames, the flames are not for riding. I only have five llamas so before booking clarify the number of people to participate. It is customized.

Our meeting point will be just 1 block from the main square, before starting the experience we are going to have an introduction to cycling, a safety talk and an explanation about the circuit that we are going to ride. The first part we will cycle through town seeing some highlights, then we will get deeply into the rural area where we are going to have some stops to see multicolorhills, the history from the region, farms and the rural lifestyle. On the way we are going to cycle by gravel roads, paths, uphills and flowy downhills. The experience will end in town.

With our bikes we will go into the incredible big JUNGLE where we can see details of "Misiones" flora and fauna, we will also talk about stories and myths about how native communities live. The biking difficulty is low, so if you are not used to cycling, no problem!! We are specialist in NATURE and GUARANIES COMMUNITIES. As a native guide of Purmamarca I have the initiative to make you discover new landscapes around the town. The hike is not complicated or anything like that, but a pleasant journey through the bed of a dry river, where we will enjoy a colorful landscape with geoforms and cardons. Later space will become more striking, when the stage is transformed into a mud labyrinth, with vertical walls over 40 meters high. Vertical and horizontal lines will lead us to imagine the geological processes of the last 4 million years. Suddenly we will enter a narrow where we will appreciate a cave product of the internal forces of the earth's crust. There will be time to talk about the Andean worldview. The road continues along the riverbed to start discovering the native vegetation, which is part of our medicine and natural food. After cycling almost 10km we will arrive to my parents weekend house where we are going to have our homemade lunch. Then we will do a short hike to a panoramic viewpoint On the way back to town we will have flowy downhills trough the rural area. The experience will end in town. Te invitamos a disfrutar de Purmamarca con una salida nocturna, en la cual te contaremos sobre lo que no ves. Es decir sobre nuestras creencias, las cuales son parte de lo andino en unión a la fe católica. Comenzamos con el recorrido por el frente de la iglesia, para interpretar sobre la identidad cultural quebradeña. Producto de la sumatoria de muchas etapas de ocupación a lo largo de mas de 10.000 años, hasta nuestro presente. Nos aproximaremos al cementerio del pueblo para entender porque los mismos se ubicación en altura se hallan llenos de vivos colores. Te haremos imaginar sobre la celebración a nuestros antepasados y su reivindicación que en cada mes de noviembre reafirmamos. Vinculando lo actual con el pasado, a través de los hallazgos arqueológicos y relatos de la actual celebración. No somos especialistas en astronomía, pero te contaremos como nuestros abuelos nos enseñan a orientarnos y a guiarnos por los cerros, respetando a la Pachamama y a Kokena. No practicamos ninguna ceremonia, porque no nos parece correcto.
